This afternoon the Fair Work Commission formally approved the Disability Services Enterprise Agreement Victoria 2018 – 2022 (DSEAV) – your new EBA!

This is exciting news and it’s the culmination of a hard-fought campaign by every HACSU member working together at DHHS to secure the best transfer protections anywhere in Australia.

The EBA, along with all its benefits and protections will formally come into operation next Monday (5 November 2018).

Please note that a number of small changes have been made to the EBA since members voted yes to accepting it. These changes are listed at the front of the EBA and do not affect any of your hard-fought entitlements, wages, conditions or protections.
