Better staffing levels mean better mental health - for the community and staff. There are over 350 Vacant positions in the Victorian Public Mental Health System, an additional 300 staff will also be needed when the new Forensic Hospital Opens in 2022. HACSU are calling on the Victorian Government to invest in staff now, invest in people! #BetterMentalHealth
