2016 is an important year for Victorian public disability sector workers. The current Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) will expire in November this year.

Headspace clinicians are some of the lowest paid mental health workers in Victoria. These clinicians do an incredibly difficult job, providing clinical psychiatric services for young people in crisis.
The Tipping Foundation wages and conditions have been outdated since the agreement expired in 2009. HACSU members began the campaign to come to an agreement for a new EBA which will deliver quality wages and conditions for disability workers.
