HACSU has lodged an application for a protected action ballot (PAB) order, with the Fair Work Commission.

HACSU have lodged the application after intensive consultation with HACSU delegates at the 2016 HACSU conference where protected action bans, proposed by members, were reviewed and finalised by delegates and HACSU industrial officials.

The EBA will expire on November 30, due to the Government’s no back pay policy, HACSU will be campaigning strongly to see a new and improved agreement is finalised as soon as possible.
