Please make sure to speak to your colleagues and write in the comms book to remind everyone to return the PAB now! This EBA is the most important EBA in over 20 years. This EBA is the ONLY thing that can protect our wages, conditions and the quality support of the residents we support.  We must win this ballot to win the best possible protections in this EBA. Please make sure that everyone you know has returned their ballot!
