Governance

• HACSU is run by and for its members. It is governed by rules, which are approved by the Fair Work Commission.

HACSU has the highest standards of accounting and reporting which is required under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act.

Our financial records are independently audited to ensure your money is properly spent on a regular basis and HACSU also has a dedicated Finance, Audit and Compliance Committee to ensure members' funds and property are prudently managed. An Annual General Meeting for HACSU members is held in September/October every year and all members are invited to attend.
