Since Yooralla put their final EBA settlement offer to us in late March, HACSU has consulted with our Yooralla DSW members across April. The overwhelming response from HACSU members is that the current Yooralla proposed agreement is not acceptable.

HACSU has now written to Yooralla advising that the offer is not acceptable and outlining the key concerns:

• Shift penalties – loss of existing penalties
• Breaks between shifts
• First Aid – no entitlement(s)
• Consultation - HACSU not automatically notified when major change(s) occur, including roster changes.

HACSU is seeking an urgent meeting with Yooralla to resolve these matters this week.
