Notice of Employee Representational Rights (NERR)
HACSU is aware that Jewish Care sent out the NERR to its employees over the last few weeks, this is the initial step to start the process of negotiating a new enterprise bargaining agreement. As a HACSU member, we are your default representative and you don’t have to respond to the NERR. If you would like further information on how EBAs are negotiated, please call HACSU Assist on 9340 4100.
Getting the best deal
To get the most out a new EBA we need members to take action and participate in the process.
This includes discussing HACSU with non-members and signing them up to be members of your union. The more members we have, the stronger we will be through the bargaining, and that will mean everyone at Jewish Care will get a better deal.
