This is a must-do training for all HACSU delegates! In this two-day training, you'll develop and understanding of your role as a delegate and what you can do to make your workplace a better place to work.

Over two days at the HACSU office, you'll gain an insight into

• Basic union and industrial principles
• The role of our union, and how delegates and organisers fit into our structure
• How HACSU supports delegates
• Building relationships at work and creating a map of your workplace
• Planning for action and resolving issues in your workplace
• Communication skills for delegates

WHAT: 2 full days of training
WHEN: May 31 – June 1
WHERE: HACSU Office, 7 Grattan St, Carlton
WHO: With delegates just like you from the mental health, disability, and AOD sectors.
