HACSU representatives have been advised that Eastern Heath are meeting with Telephone and Online Counsellors this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon to update them on the negotiations that have been taking place between HACSU and Eastern Health in the Fair Work Commission. 

HACSU and delegates have been in the Commission for the past 18 months pursuing underpayments of increments and refusal to pay the Qualification Allowance. 

The union received formal confirmation late this afternoon that Eastern Health has finally agreed to all of HACSU members' claims. 

HACSU members should be extremely proud of themselves - it is only through their persistence and campaigning that this outcome has been able to be achieved which demonstrates why being a HACSU member is so important.

We want to particularly congratulate your local HACSU delegates, Stephen Kress and Clem Gruen who have worked tirelessly over six years to achieve this outcome for all Turning Point staff.
