Upcoming public holidays (September 22nd and 23rd)

A new public holiday has been declared for September 22nd, additional to the existing public holiday on September 23rd — and as with every public holiday, many HACSU members will be working and entitled to penalty rates.

Note for Public Mental Health: this table refers to the Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 and does not encompass all clauses relating specifically to the Royal Children's Hospital.

Note for DFFH Disability: this table refers to the Disability Services Enterprise Agreement Victoria 2018-2022 (DFFH, Aruma, Life Without Barriers, Home@Scope and Melba), as well as the new Possability DSEAV (Optia Limited Disability Services Enterprise Agreement Victoria 2022-2025).
