As part of our new membership database, we’re creating a new membership portal to make it easier for you to keep up to date, change your details, and find the information you need.
To facilitate this, HACSU MyPage is currently offline for maintenance, including a temporary pause on online card payments. Of course, all HACSU services will be available with HACSU ASSIST and our organising team being here to help with any workplace issues.
Membership updates and one-off credit card payments can be manually processed — contact our membership team to do so. Automatic/scheduled credit card and direct debit payments will continue as usual. Tax statements will be sent out via email link in the new financial year while we're finalising the details on a new member experience.
We will notify members when our new system is ready to launch!
This new system will offer an improved online experience including making it easy to access tailored information for your membership, exclusive member content, online CPD and more.
Tax Statements for 2020-2021
HACSU is in the process of moving to a new membership system, specifically designed for Australian unions.
That means there are some changes in how tax statements will be done this year.
Your tax statement will be emailed directly to you in the new financial year, via a unique link sent to you. Make sure your email address is up to date with us, to ensure you receive your tax statement.
