This morning, HACSU representatives were made aware that Yooralla HR has sent around a newsletter requesting staff to sign and return the contracts that Yooralla asked employees to sign in March 2018. HACSU representatives are advising members not to sign these contracts. It is not necessary and there are some other issues HACSU has found with the document.
 
Efforts by HACSU members and representatives resulted in contracts for new staff being changed, however, existing employees are still being asked to sign the original contracts put forward by Yooralla.
 
HACSU representatives are encouraging members not to sign the contracts. There are no consequences if you do not, and it is important Yooralla are made aware that they cannot push employees to sign these contracts.
