Better Mental Health

Better staffing levels mean better mental health - for the community and staff. There are over 350 Vacant positions in the Victorian Public Mental Health System; an additional 300 staff will also be needed when the new Forensic Hospital Opens in 2022. HACSU is calling on the Victorian Government to invest in staff now, invest in people! #BetterMentalHealth

The Tipping Foundation wages and conditions have been outdated since the agreement expired in 2009. HACSU members began the campaign to come to an agreement for a new EBA which will deliver quality wages and conditions for disability workers.
