HACSU is governed by a fifteen-member Branch Committee of Management (BCOM), with day-to-day operations overseen by the State Secretary and Assistant State Secretary.

The BCOM is elected by all financial members of HACSU every four years. More information about HACSU's current BCOM is available below.
